Identity
Who am I becoming?
INTEGRATION
The psychedelic experience may last hours. Its consequences can unfold for months or years.
Your sitting engagement includes three individual integration sessions after the experience. These sessions give us a deliberate place to reflect on what remains significant, identify what deserves attention, and translate insight into the ordinary choices that shape a life.
Integration is the conscious process of determining what deserves to be carried forward from the experience and how it belongs in ordinary life.
Some parts of an experience linger. A realization. A memory. A feeling. A relationship suddenly seen differently. A truth that becomes difficult to ignore. A pattern that no longer makes sense. A new possibility. These become starting points for integration.

Embodiment
Integration is where revelations become intentions. Intentions become choices. Choices become repeated behavior. Repeated behavior becomes a different way of living.
THE LONG RETURN
Relationships. Habits. Work. Parenting. Health. Character. Integrity. Integration gives the experience a place to become visible in the life you are actually living.
AREAS OF INTEGRATION
Who am I becoming?
What needs to change in how I relate to others?
What behaviors no longer fit?
What became more important?
Where am I betraying myself?
What am I being asked to take seriously?
What is my body communicating?
What have I avoided feeling?
What did the experience raise about meaning, mortality, consciousness, connection, or the sacred?
What must actually change Monday morning?
INTEGRATION WARNING
One risk in psychedelic culture is continually seeking another peak experience rather than doing the ordinary work created by the previous one.
INSTEAD OF
PRACTICE
The experience may show you something. Integration asks what you're going to do about it.
The psychedelic experience can open the door. You still have to build the life on the other side of it.
